ALOHA has launched a renewed initiative to raise public awareness and increase hearing accessibility in venues in Tucson and surrounding Arizona communities. The new Loop Arizona campaign will focus on educating public and private venues as to the benefit of the Looped Environment, as well as hearing professionals and
consumers. The project is a collaborative effort that has garnered support from Sertoma International, the Midtown Sertoma Club, Pima Council on Aging, the University of Arizona Department of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences, the American Association of retired Persons (AARP) Elder Alliance. Volunteers are needed to verify existing Loop Installations throughout the Tucson Community, including local hearing professionals’ offices during the summer months. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the ALOHA office at email@example.com or (520) 795-9887. We’d love to have you join our Loop Arizona team of advocates!
